Terms and Conditions of Booking Between Nourbelle Tours and the Client

This agreement, governed by the laws of Egypt, establishes the terms and conditions between Nourbelle Tours (referred to as the “Company”) and the client (referred to as the “Client”). The Client, as identified in the booking form, acknowledges that booking acceptance and the formation of a legally binding contract occur upon receipt of written confirmation and issuance of a confirmation invoice by the Company. This contract encompasses all individuals listed on the booking form traveling with or intending to travel with the Company, constituting the “Party.” The signatory of the booking form guarantees full authorization to act on behalf of all Party members and confirms their acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Furthermore, the signatory assumes responsibility for all financial obligations related to the Party.
