Strongly recommends Abdul Abdul's expertise is truly impressive and his passion for Egypt's rich history made our discovery of the pyramids and the Egyptology Museum a memorable one. Abdul's comments on the political and linguistic structures of ancient Egypt, as well as its daily life, made the visit to the museum in particular an interesting experience, even insofar as what is now called the Old Museum displays little information about the works present. Throughout our visit, Abdul made sure we felt comfortable and engaged, always ready to answer our questions. He also gave us enough space so that the 10-hour tour wasn't exhausting. We can't recommend Abdul highly enough as a guide for your trip. What's more, if you have the opportunity to visit the pyramids at Saqqara, which unfortunately we didn't have the time to do, Abdul, who was part of a group of experts who uncovered a tomb in the necropolis there, seems to be endowed with special knowledge.

Recommended! Everything very well arranged. Very friendly people, the guides are very well informed and arrange everything down to the last detail. I had my doubts about coming to Egypt but we will definitely come back. It was just great.

Unforgettable & brilliantly organised Cairo & Nile sights trip Where do I start ? First of all - buy a SIM card in Cairo airport. This was an amazing well organised from Getaways Egypt. Nothing was a problem for the main organiser Harry. There was only 4 of us on the tour - so we got personal attention all the way. This is really a ram packed busy 5 day tour - with eagerly awaited early starts to the Pyramids, Tombs & Temples. We had two great guides, Gaber in Cairo for the 1st day and Abdul for the next 4 days on the Nile. Both were fun, brilliant and easy to understand. Well done gents. The food on the brilliant cruise ship was just fantastic - huge selection buffet morning & evening. We paid our own entry into all the attractions. I would skip the extra tours due to limited time i.e. Nubian Village (which was average) & the Karnak Night Light Show (which was absolute rubbish).

Highly recommended! The trip was really great! Our tour guides took great care of us and answered every question. We were welcomed with joy at every stop. The organization was perfect from start to finish!

Wonderful Trip The trip to Cairo & the cruise on the river Nile was just amazing. Henry himself picked me up from the airport & gave me an interesting briefing about the next view days. The group was small, only 4 people. Cairo with the Egyptian museum & Gabir as guide was super interesting. Actually everything went super well, the pick ups, the travelling. Ok our flight to Assuan hat 4h delay, but Henry organized tickets with Cairo Air , so we arrived almost on time in Assuan. The tourguide Abdul picked us up. we visited the dame & Pilaes temple ( by boat) then the comfortable cuise ship ( one disadvantage: no W-Lan) food was great & interesting, and all the trips & temple visits just amazing. Abdul explained so much & easy to follow- Every day sun & blue sky. The trip to Abu Simbel, really worth it. It touched my heart! I really can recommend this tour, it was just amazing 💯! Thank you to all the caring staff ❤️

Fabulous experience A fabulous tour which covered so much. Our tour guide Ahmad was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Expect some early starts, but it is well worth it. There is so much to see. Would highly recommend this tour

Well organised tour we felt safe and well looked after throughout. I travelled with my 10 year old son during Easter break to Egypt. We started in Cairo with a visit to the pyramids at Giza and the Egyptian museum. The tour guide was excellent an Egyptologist with excellent knowledge. This was the realisation of a lifelong dream for me and a dream holiday for my son (his words) after studying Tut Ankh Amun at school. The visit to the pyramids and Sphinx far exceeded my expectations. I also went into one of the smaller pyramids (something I never thought I would do) albeit in pursuit of my son, it was amazing. We then flew to Luxor for the second part of our trip where we were met at the airport by our guide Ahmed and driver Mohamed. Our group was small only three in our party due to cancellations because of the war in Israel so we pretty much had a private tour of Egypt, group size can be 20+. As a mother travelling with my child I felt safe and well looked after for the whole trip which was well organised. The Nourbelle Tours mini bus was like new clean cool and spacious and well driven by Mohamed on the crazy streets of Egypt. Our tour guide Ahmed was very informative and made sure we were looked after throughout our stay. We were kept informed of our itinerary at all stages of the tour. We visited the West Bank and Valley of the Kings which is not to be missed. We stayed on the Asarah Nile cruise ship which was pleasant. Rated as 5* this is not the same as 5* in rest of world and I would rate this a 3* by comparison. The beds were comfortable and in a twin configuration. The cabins are spacious as is the bathroom and the whole ship is kept very clean. Dinner is buffet style and the options changed every day with a fresh fish or meat option cooked at the buffet too. The options for children are limited and my son did not like or enjoy the buffet food on offer (he is not a fussy eater). However the staff cooked him fresh fries every day we were on board which was a really nice touch. The service on board is excellent, nothing is too much and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Our waiter during our stay was Nazeer who was superb very attentive a professional. Breakfast is buffet style with an omelet station which is very good. No drinks are included and are paid for extra at checkout, but prices are very reasonable (E£0.49) for a sprite for example. We had a fabulous whirlwind tour of Egypt over the 8 day trip. Be warned re the merchants who swarm to the docks and tourist attractions they are extremely persistent in trying to sell their wears and literally follow you despite the repeated “No thank you’s” this can at times feel intimidating and annoying, my son termed this the gauntlet. I naively was not prepared for some of the poverty I witnessed in Egypt so be forewarned especially when children are trying to sell you their wears. We did the following extra trips and beside each one is my opinion if it was worth it or not: Karnak Sound and Light - expensive and not worth it as you also visit this site during the day (much better) possibly my favourite Temples Abu Simbel - early morning 3.5 hour drive absolutely worth it if you can stand the drive and early start 4:30am. Nubian village - interesting to see and a relatively cheap extra visit. A short boat ride down the Nile to some colourful houses. The area is quite run down/dirty and there is a lot of building works ongoing. Opportunity for camel rides here (which we didn’t do) All in all we had a fantastic visit to Egypt and I can highly recommend the professionalism of Nourbelle Tours and our guide Ahmed.

An unforgettable adventure and a wonderful value This trip was wonderful from beginning to end! The highlights for me were the Pyramids and the Valley of the Kings. The cruise was comfortable and relaxing. The overall pacing of the trip was excellent and very efficient. A great value and highly educated and capable tour guides. Everyone was very patient and worked hard to make sure we had a good experience. I felt very safe and had a great time!

Amazing birthday trip! We had a wonderful time on this trip to from Aswan to Luxor on a Nile River cruise. Mahmoud did an excellent job making sure we saw everything we wanted to see and that we were having a good experience. Two people in our group were celebrating birthdays and he went above and beyond to help us celebrate. All of our drivers were great and accommodating. We hope to come back again! Thank you for a lovely trip!
