Terms and Conditions of Booking between Nourbelle Tours and the Client. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement

This agreement, governed by the laws of Egypt, establishes the terms and conditions between Nourbelle Tours (the "Company") and the client (the "Client"). The Client, as identified in the booking form, acknowledges that booking acceptance and the formation of a legally binding contract occur upon receipt of written confirmation and issuance of a confirmation invoice by the Company.

This contract covers all individuals listed on the booking form traveling with or intending to travel with the Company (the "Party"). The signatory of the booking form guarantees full authorization to act on behalf of all Party members, confirms their acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms, and assumes responsibility for all financial obligations related to the Party. Only a director of the Company may alter or waive any conditions outlined here or offer discounts or refunds.

2. Client-initiated changes

Any changes to the original booking, such as hotel arrangements or passenger names, must be communicated in writing by the signatory of the booking form. Requests to change departure dates must also be submitted in writing by the signatory; changes made within 45 days of departure are subject to the cancellation fees below.

3. Cancellation policy

Cancellation charges are calculated from the date the Company receives written notice to the arrival date (Cairo time). The shorter the notice, the higher the charge. The same terms apply to every tour: scheduled group tours, private and custom tours, tour packages and day trips. Some air tickets have no refund value, and airlines may charge 100% cancellation fees plus the cost of reissuing tickets.

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the booking total is required at confirmation.
• More than 50 days before arrival: 25% charge (the deposit); the rest of the amount paid is refunded.
• 50-40 days before arrival: 75% charge.
• 39 days or less before arrival: 100% charge.

Any refund due is the amount paid minus the cancellation charge. If the amount paid is less than the charge, no refund is due.

4. Nile cruises

Nourbelle Tours reserves the right to substitute the vessel used for the tour if the originally scheduled vessel becomes unavailable.

5. Changes requested by agent or customer

Any changes requested by the agent or customer are subject to the cancellation penalties above. Nourbelle Tours retains sole discretion over such changes and may adjust rates according to the new products booked, based on the original booking dates.

6. Cancellation by Nourbelle Tours

If Nourbelle Tours cancels a tour program, clients receive a full refund of the amount collected. This refund constitutes full settlement of any claim against Nourbelle Tours arising from the cancellation.

7. Travel documents

A valid passport with at least 6 months' validity beyond the return date is required for travel to Egypt. Tourist visas must be processed before departure, or on arrival for eligible countries. Passport information must be provided at the time of booking for local security permissions.

8. Force majeure

Nourbelle Tours shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, inconveniences, loss of enjoyment or time, or mental or physical frustration resulting from delays, cancellations, accidents, illnesses, injuries or deaths due to force majeure events.
