Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Nourbelle Tours ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, send an inquiry or make a booking, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Nourbelle Tours is a private tour operator based in Egypt, offering tour packages, day trips, Nile cruises and hotel stays in Egypt, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Morocco. You can reach us at info@nourbelletours.com for any privacy question.
2. What data we collect
- Inquiry and booking details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, nationality, travel dates, group size and preferences.
- Traveler details: names of all travelers as shown on passports, and any special requirements you tell us about (dietary needs, mobility, health-related requests), only because you choose to share them so we can run your trip safely.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
- Conversation history: messages exchanged with our team about your inquiry or booking.
- Technical data: basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 7).
3. Why we use your data
- To answer your inquiries and prepare quotes and itineraries.
- To make and manage your booking, reserving hotels, cruises, transport, guides and activities on your behalf.
- To process payments and send booking confirmations, vouchers and pre-travel information.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve our website and services, and, only with your consent, to send occasional inspiration or offers you can opt out of at any time.
Under GDPR, our legal bases are: performing a contract with you (your booking), your consent (optional marketing and cookies), our legitimate interests (running and improving our services), and legal obligations (records we must keep).
4. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to deliver your trip:
- Hotels, Nile cruise operators, transport companies, guides and activity providers involved in your booking.
- Payment providers, to process your payment securely.
- Authorities where the law requires it (for example, travel or border formalities).
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
6. How we protect it
Access to customer data is limited to authorized staff through individual accounts, with permissions based on each person's role. Our systems use encrypted connections and access controls at the database level, so staff only see the records their work requires.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: essential ones that make the site work (such as remembering your language and cookie choice) and, with your consent, analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are useful. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and your choice is remembered. You can change it any time by clearing your browser's stored data for this site.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to records we must keep by law.
- Object to or restrict how we use your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email info@nourbelletours.com from the address you booked with. We respond within 30 days.
9. International transfers
Your trip takes place outside the EU, so some of your data (for example, traveler names) is shared with suppliers in the destination countries. This is necessary to perform your contract with you. Our website systems may also process data on secure servers located outside your country.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version; significant changes will be flagged on this page.
